Focus, power up and recharge for the challenges ahead with this mid-summer virtual class for beginners.
Tai Chi, which consists of a series of slow focused motions and deep breathing, has been called "Meditation in Motion". The Mayo Clinic says Tai Chi reduces stress and anxiety and increases strength and flexibility. Renowned teacher Master Yang Li will lead a series of taichi classes and teach some beginning Tai Chi progressions. Master Li nurtures a positive environment that is also challenging and encourages students to improve their skills, confidence, and self motivation.
Instructor Bio: Master Yang Li graduated from the Shanghai Sports Institute. He is an international judge and is considered a first class martial arts athlete in China.
